Marie went out of her way to offer me advice on a telephone call initially.
Marie came to the house for my daughter who’s been suffering with her ears for some time. She put her at ease and talked through the whole process. There was no pain, just of reassurance and advice.

I made this appointment for my 93 year old father. He had been having hearing issues for over a week. I was fortunate enough to discover Marie & that she provided home visits. From the second she spoke I knew she was a wonderful soul & immediately booked him for a treatment. Her sense of humour, empathy, care & compassion just bubbles from her naturally. My father was full of praise for Marie & her expertise, kindness, efficiency, laughter & the fact that she gave him his hearing back.
